During your trip

Check-in and check-out times depend on the rules of the specific hotel. Usually:

• check-in — from 14:00 to 15:00;
• check-out — from 11:00 to 12:00.

The exact times are given in the hotel rules. For early check-in and late check-out, see «Can I check in earlier or check out later?».

First of all, contact the hotel staff at the reception. If they cannot help you, call the phone number of the receiving tour operator indicated in your voucher. If you still haven't been helped, write to us on social media or by email at help@travelgo.by. We will definitely help :)

For your trip you will need: a passport, a hotel voucher, an insurance policy, and electronic flight tickets. If you are travelling with children, you will need a birth certificate and, when travelling with only one parent, a child exit permit if a court-ordered travel ban has previously been issued (otherwise it is not required). Notarised consent (a notarised authorisation) is only required if the child is travelling entirely without their parents — for example, with a grandmother, a coach, an aunt, or as part of a group, or to a visa-required country that demands it. Always check the entry rules of the specific country!

Before your trip, we recommend printing out or saving your documents on your phone and checking the country's entry rules.
