Payment

This is payment from mobile banking: a QR code appears at the payment step, you scan it with your bank's app and confirm the payment.

The order automatically moves to «Paid» status, and you don't need to send us the receipt.

The office is in Minsk, 38 Internatsionalnaya Street, office 416. We accept cash and cards.

After booking, you have 3 hours to pay, otherwise the booking is cancelled. You need to come during business hours: payments are accepted until 18:00.

Choose bank transfer — an invoice with bank details will appear in the order card, and you can pay it via online banking or at a branch. The bank may charge a transfer fee.

The payment must arrive within 3 hours, otherwise the booking is cancelled. If the company regularly sends employees on trips, it's more convenient to set up a corporate account with invoices and closing documents.

No, we cover the bank's commission — you only pay the cost of the tour.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, MIR and Belkart bank cards — payment goes through the bePaid payment gateway, in Belarusian rubles.

Without a card, you can pay via ERIP or by QR code via «Oplati» in your bank's app.

If a card payment does not go through, check with your bank whether online payments are restricted on the card.

Payment goes through the bePaid payment gateway in compliance with the PCI DSS standard with 3-D Secure confirmation. Card details are entered on the payment system's side and are not stored by us.

You can use the early booking option. If there are more than 30 days left until the tour, you can make a prepayment and pay the remaining balance 21 days before departure. 

Unfortunately, installment plans and credit are not available at the moment.

The price in your account is final at the moment of payment.

Sometimes the tour operator changes the price during booking. In that case we will tell you the new price and offer options: pay the difference or choose another tour. We do not charge any extra without your consent.

The price remains fixed for you.

Once the booking is made and payment is completed, the tour price is locked in, and subsequent price changes do not affect an already concluded contract. If the tour becomes cheaper after booking, the difference is not refunded.

We do not recommend cancelling a confirmed tour for a cheaper option: upon cancellation, the tour operator may withhold the actual costs incurred.
Moreover, the airline and the hotel, seeing repeated bookings, may automatically increase the price or blacklist you!
