Who is the contract with when booking

The contract for tourist services is concluded with the tour operator that formed the tour, using the standard form approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 523. The tour operator's name and details are shown in the order and in the contract.

Vivago Travel LLC (TravelGo) arranges the contract as a travel agent acting on behalf of the tour operator: it books the tour, passes the travellers' details and payment to the tour operator and is responsible for the accuracy of the information about the tour.

In addition, when placing an order you accept the TravelGo public agreement for booking services. If you book only a hotel or a flight, the supplier's and carrier's terms are shown in the order before payment.

Can I book a tour independently without calling a manager?

Yes! We provide automated booking, but if necessary, our manager is ready to help with the selection and booking of a tour.

The current list of tour operators whose tours you can find and book on TravelGo is on the Tour operators page. We connect tour operators that send data on tours, flights and insurance in real time.

How can I know if a tour is still available at the time of booking?

We receive prices and availability from tour operators at the time of search. The tour operator gives final confirmation of availability and price when the booking is made: while you are placing the order, other customers may take the places.

If the tour is no longer available or the price has changed, we will let you know and offer alternatives. Nothing is charged without your consent.

Is there customer support after booking?

Yes, our support team is available around the clock — via chat, messaging apps, and phone. If you have any questions after booking about documents, changes, or the trip itself, we'll help you get in touch with the tour operator and resolve the matter. Services provided on site — flights, transfers, and accommodation — are the responsibility of the tour operator and the receiving party. The representative's contact details and phone number are listed in your tour documents.

Yes, the travelgo app is available for iOS and Android users.
