How does a corporate account differ from a regular one?

It is a separate «Company» entity with employees, budgets, and approvals. We book with the same suppliers as for individual clients.

The difference is in accounting: trips are linked to employees and departments, and documents are collected in one place for the accounting department.

How much does it cost to set up a corporate account?

Setup and the account itself are free. The company pays for trips. A dedicated manager is available for large clients.

How does payment work, and what does the accounting department receive?

Accepted Answer

Invoice with VAT, payment within 5–10 business days. For trusted clients, post-payment at the end of the month or a deposit with automatic deduction is available.

Closing documents for the trip are collected in the account, from where they can be downloaded as a single package.

Can trips be approved within the platform?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An employee creates a request, the manager approves it in the account, and the travel manager books it. Budgets are set by department.

Question 5

What about business travel support outside working hours?

Accepted Answer

The travel manager is available around the clock. If a flight is canceled at night or an employee encounters a force majeure situation, we will rebook them on another flight and arrange new accommodation.
