Personal account and documents

Check the number and your connection, then tap "Send again" — you can retry in a few seconds. The code may arrive as a message in a messenger app, not only by SMS.

If the message still hasn't arrived, contact support: we'll help you sign in and check which number your bookings are linked to.

In your account, open the booking details — all files are in the "Documents" section. The same documents are also sent by email to the address you provided at checkout.

A hotel voucher appears right after the booking is confirmed. A flight itinerary receipt appears after the tickets are issued.

For tours, tickets and vouchers are uploaded by the tour operator — usually 1–3 days before departure, and with some tour operators the day before. If departure is less than 24 hours away and there are no documents, write to us.

Your name and contact details can be edited in the "Profile" section. Your phone number is your login and can only be changed through support.

Passport details in an already placed booking cannot be changed through your profile: message your manager and they will pass the changes on to the tour operator or carrier.

Sign in with the phone number listed in the booking as the customer's contact number — the booking will then appear in your history.

If it's a different number, contact support and provide your booking number: we'll link it to your account.

At the bottom of every email there's an "Unsubscribe" link — it turns off newsletters, no need to sign in to your account to do this.

Emails about your bookings will continue to arrive: confirmations, documents and payment reminders — these are not marketing, but information about your booking.
