If you need the previous speed, the package can be extended in your account — the QR code stays the same, and there's no need to reinstall the profile.

If the profile was not activated, we refund the cost of the package. Write to support — we'll look into what happened and refund your money.

After activation, the package is non-refundable: it has already been charged by the mobile operator.
