Confirmation and documents

You can see the order status in your account on the website and in the mobile app. When the tour operator responds, we will notify you by SMS, e-mail and push.

Most often a tour is not confirmed in high season when less than a month is left before departure: the tour operator runs out of places at the hotel or on the flight.

If you paid by card, the amount is not charged before confirmation but blocked on the card. If the tour operator does not confirm the booking, we release the block; when the money becomes available on the card again depends on your bank.

When paying via ERIP or «Oplati», the money is charged immediately. If the tour is not confirmed, we refund the full amount.

We will notify you by email and offer similar options.

The contract is available in your account right after payment. The hotel voucher, flight tickets and medical insurance will appear there and in the mobile app usually 1–3 days before departure, and with some tour operators the day before.

We will let you know by e-mail and SMS when the documents are ready.

Travel documents will appear in your account on the website and in the mobile app, and we will send a copy by e-mail — usually 1–3 days before departure, and with some tour operators the day before.

Check the personal details in the documents. If you find a mistake, write to support at help@travelgo.by or in the chat.

If the tour was bought 3 days or less before departure, the documents may arrive on the day of departure, a few hours before the flight.
