Visa Requirements

Citizens of the Republic of Belarus require a Schengen visa to enter the Kingdom of Spain. 

Required Documents for Entry

1. Passport (valid for at least 3 months beyond the tour end date);
2. Return ticket or ticket to a third country;
3. Hotel booking confirmation (tourist voucher);
4. Medical insurance policy

Customs Regulations

You can pass through Spanish customs duty-free with no more than 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars, 1 liter of spirits or 2 liters of wine, 50 grams of perfume, and 0.25 liters of eau de cologne. There are no restrictions on the import of foreign currency. The export of large sums must be authorized by customs authorities. Meat and dairy products are prohibited for import into Spain; some airports prohibit the import of any food products.

To export works of art, precious stones, and archaeological valuables, you must present a sales receipt and permission from the Spanish Ministry of Fine Arts. According to Spain's 'Currency Regulation and Control Law,' amounts not exceeding 2,500 euros can be exported without declaration. Amounts from 2,500 to 8,400 euros must be declared, but no permits are required. For amounts exceeding 8,400 euros, documents authorizing their export are mandatory.

Tourists should be vigilant in stores and watch their bags and wallets — theft is common and very professional here.

Spain supports Tax Free refunds for citizens of countries who have made purchases and are not citizens of the European Union. The VAT rate in Spain is 21%. However, the tax-free refund is typically 10-15%. Stores, banks, and provider companies also take their own percentage, commission, and administrative fees.
