Visa requirements

Citizens of Belarus do not need a visa for Armenia: the two countries have an agreement on mutual visa-free travel.

Registration at the place of stay is not required for the first 30 days.

Documents required for entry

  • Passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus. An ID card is not valid for leaving Belarus or for entry;
  • Return ticket;
  • Hotel booking confirmation (tour voucher);
  • Medical insurance — we recommend getting it for the entire trip.

A child needs their own passport. If the child travels with one parent, the other parent's consent is not required. If travelling without parents, a notarised parental consent is needed.

Good to know:

Armenia and Belarus are members of the Eurasian Economic Union.

Nagorno-Karabakh is now under the control of Azerbaijan. Foreigners may travel there only with permission from the Azerbaijani authorities; a trip without permission may lead to a ban on entering Azerbaijan.
