This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that arrival outside check-in hours is possible upon a surcharge of GBP 20 before 21:00 and GBP 50 after 21:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. All guests must be a minimum age of 25 to stay at the property. This applies to all members of a group not just the person who made the booking. The exception to this is guests who are a family with children (under 18), where the children are travelling with their legal guardians
