Front desk is open 24/7. Taj Bentota All- Day Dining Restaurant will be undergoing renovations from 15th June to 30th November 2025. The renovation work will be limited to specific areas and all other hotel services and amenities will remain fully operational. Renovation time would be 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

The resort and spa's modernization program is in its final stages. All major work has been completed, and rooms will be fully accessible to guests by the end of November.

The Palms restaurant is scheduled to reopen by mid-December. In the meantime, dining will be served at an alternate location, now called The Palms, ensuring the smooth operation of the entire resort without compromising guest comfort.

Guests will be undisturbed, and the resort will continue to operate fully while the finishing touches are put on an enhanced experience for the upcoming season. The new kids' club and gym are already fully operational.

Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

A resort fee is included in the total price displayed.

For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.

Up to 2 children 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
