          Unobstructed access for everyone: A shuttle service runs from the Pullman Hotel to Pacific Beach every 30 minutes from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM. The last transfer departs at 06:00 PM. The travel time from the hotel to Pacific Beach is about 5 minutes.
            Guests can enjoy free beach towels and drinks at the beach bar. Buffet lunches and afternoon tea and coffee will be served at the hotel, if they are included in the meal package.
              Extra bed for children under 12 years: 34.00 USD per day. Extra bed is available only in Premium Room, not in Superior Room. Sofa (complimentary) is available only in Marjan Island Suites.
                The hotel would like to inform about the construction that is happening outside Pullman Resort Al Marjan. Therefore: 1. All rooms don’t have view on the construction; most rooms have a normal view without construction. 2. ⁠There is a minimum sound disturbance. 3. ⁠This is a common situation across hotels on Marjan Island since all plots across the island are being developed.
                  For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.
                    Due to beach enhancement activities from Hampton to Rixos Bal al Bahar there might be some noise coming from large vehicles which means that rooms facing this area will experience some noise entering their rooms while these vehicles move around.
                      New Year's Eve Gala Dinner per adult: AED 799.00. New Year's Eve Gala Dinner per child from 6 to 12 years old: AED 325.00.
                        Turtle Beach will close on November 13, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Beginning Friday, November 14, at 8:00 AM, hotel guests will be able to access the new beach on the Pacific Ocean. A shuttle runs every 30 minutes between the Pullman Hotel and Pacific Beach from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The last shuttle departs at 6:00 PM. Guests will receive complimentary beach towels and refreshments at the beach bar. The hotel will serve a lunch buffet, as well as refreshing afternoon tea and coffee (if included in meal plan).
                          Meals are served buffet style at The Exchange Restaurant. Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 11:00, lunch — from 12:30 to 15:00, and dinner — from 18:30 to 22:30. The Infinity Pool Bar serves fruit ice lolly daily from 15:00 to 16:00.
                            When attending dinner, guests must comply with the smart casual dress code. Beachwear is not allowed during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
                              The all-inclusive package is valid from 12:00 to 00:00, starting either with lunch on the day of arrival and ending with breakfast on the day of departure, or starting with dinner on the day of arrival and ending with lunch on the day of departure.
                                Guests wishing to dine in a la carte restaurants will receive a meal credit of AED 60.00 per adult per meal. Credit can be used at The Exchange, Zaitouna House, Dar Zellij, The Herbarium, and Infinity Pool Bar restaurants.
                                  All-inclusive drinks — Open Bar.
                                    The package includes free use of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from 09:00 to 01:00 in selected bars and restaurants. The list of alcoholic beverages includes beer, wine, whiskey, vodka, and gin. Beverage brands are subject to change at the hotel's discretion. Alcohol is served only during the opening hours of restaurants and bars.
                                      Room service and a mini-bar are not included in the All-Inclusive package and must be paid separately. On the day of departure, All-inclusive drinks are available until 12:00.
                                        The Exchange restaurant serves alcoholic beverages only during the main meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Zaitouna House Restaurant serves alcohol during its opening hours from 12:00 to 00:00. Dar Zellij Restaurant and Lounge serves alcohol from 18:00 to 00:00. Infinity Pool Bar is open from 09:00 to 01:00, where alcoholic beverages are available during all opening hours.
