Guests can pick up breakfast the next morning at the reception. Check-in at the hotel is carried out before 12:00 AM, after the specified time, check-in is possible only with an advance payment in the amount of the cost of the first night's stay. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. It is possible to provide a child's bed as an extra bed. A child aged 0 to 17 years is accommodated in an empty main seat free of charge. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Extra beds are available on request and require confirmation from the hotel. Guaranteed early check-in is possible at the hotel. The cost is 100% of the cost of the day preceding the arrival. The non-guaranteed early check-in service is provided free of charge from 08:00, subject to availability of rooms. Late check-out before 04:00 PM is charged in the amount of 50% of the cost of the day of check-out. Late check-out after 04:00 PM is charged at the rate of 100% of the cost of the day of check-out. The cost of accommodation with a pet weighing up to 5 kg is RUB 500.00 per day, with a pet from 5 to 10 kg — RUB 1000.00 per day. Upon arrival with an animal, a deposit of 5000.00 RUB will be charged, which will be refunded if nothing is damaged in the room. Business travelers are provided with accounting documents. When booking 3 or more rooms, a prepayment of one night is provided, and the conditions for free cancellation may vary. For bookings from 7 days inclusive, an advance payment is provided in the amount of the cost of one night's stay. Breakfast can be ordered through the booking department by phone no later than 07:00 PM on the day preceding check-in. The contact number is indicated on the booking confirmation. The accommodation facility, according to its internal rules, may charge for additional services not provided on the site. Please check the details through the booking department or the administration. Guests can also enjoy dinner at the Marsala Gastrobar from 06:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
