You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property is only suitable for families. Please note, there is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property to hand over the keys and check guests in to the apartment. Please make sure you contact the property prior to your arrival. Guests will be required to send a copy of their photo ID prior to their arrival. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave. Please note that this property operates a strict no smoking policy. A penalty fee will be charged to guests who smoke in the property. Kindly note the accommodations is located on the second and third floor, and is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.
