You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that Aurora Motel does not have a staffed reception and is a keyless facility. Guests will be provided with pin codes for the front door and for the rooms. Children between 0 and 2 years old stay for free if they sleep in any of the existing beds. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the rooms. A cleaning fee of EUR 500 will be charged if smoking has occurred in the room during your stay.
