        To guarantee early check-in/late check-out, please book the previous/following nights, allowing guests to check in or check out at their own convenience.
          The security deposit will be returned to your bank card within 24 hours of check-out, after the maid has cleaned the apartment.
            Contactless check-in: guests will receive a link to sign the contract 24 hours before arrival, and payment is made upon check-in via bank transfer via the Fast Payment System (FPS).
              A cleaning fee of RUB 1000.00 is not included in the room rate. Guests are also responsible for maintaining the apartment themselves. Before check-out, guests are required to: - remove bed linens; - throw away all trash; - wash used dishes. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in a deduction of RUB 1000.00 from the deposit.
                Bed linen is provided based on the number of beds: one double bed/sofa bed is provided with one double bed linen set, one duvet, and one duvet cover. Bed linen is provided unmade.
                  Accommodation with a pet (maximum one) is possible by prior arrangement only for an additional fee of RUB 1000.00/night.
                    The apartment is located on the second floor and there is no elevator.
                      Free unattended parking is available around the building. Guests have no access to the courtyard or the barrier.
