        The price is for 2 people. For each guest over two, an extra charge of RUB 500.00 per day.
          Accommodation with children is allowed. Children under 2 years old stay free of charge. Check-in of guests under 18 years old with documentary consent of parents.
            The check-in instructions are available in the check-in app, which must be installed after booking. Check-in is contactless, so guests must sign the contract remotely by presenting their passport. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation.
              Reporting documents are provided.
                Early check-in and late check-out are possible by agreement and subject to availability.
                  The security deposit is returned within 24 hours after check-out after cleaning, in the absence of damage and compliance with all rules of residence.
                    Smoking is prohibited on the territory of the apartments. In case of violation of this point of the rules, the deposit is not returned.
                      Noisy events in the apartments are not allowed.
                        Guests not specified in the booking application are prohibited from staying in the apartments without the consent of the manager.
                          If you leave earlier than two nights after check-in, regardless of the reason, a cleaning fee of RUB 1500.00 is required. Payment is made by transfer to a bank card.
                            When booking for a day, a cleaning service is additionally charged. The cost must be checked with the administrator when booking.
                              Additional bed linen is available for an additional fee of RUB 500.00.
