Payment for the final cleaning, as well as intermediate cleanings, together with the security deposit, is made by transferring funds on the day of check‑in before access to the remote check‑in instructions is granted. A contract is signed and the guest is verified before check‑in. On the day before check‑in, guests will receive an SMS to the phone number provided during booking, with a link to the app for payment and verification. There will also be a personal account with all the detailed check‑in instructions, the contract, and receipts. To arrange check‑in, guests must contact the administration in advance. The contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Managers’ working hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. It is mandatory to receive the instructions and complete all registration steps by 10:00 PM. After that, guests can check in at any time within the check‑out hours, following the check‑in instructions. The security deposit is automatically refunded by 12:00 AM if there are no complaints regarding the rented property and if the rules of residence are properly observed. The apartment is not rented for noisy events and parties. Smoking is strictly prohibited. The possibility of staying with small dogs must be agreed upon in advance on an individual basis and for an additional fee. If signs of living with animals are detected without prior approval and payment, a fine of RUB 3000.00 will be charged. In the courtyard, there is a children's playground. A baby crib with bedding and a bath towel is provided upon request for an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 for the entire stay. A children's potty and a toilet seat cover are provided free of charge.
