The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. All programs include full board: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and an evening dietary meal, doctor's appointments and observations, body composition analysis, pine, salt, and mineral baths, dry carbon dioxide baths, dry, non-contact Aqua Spa hydromassage, light therapy, magnetic therapy, physical therapy, mineral water drinking, Nordic walking, oxygen cocktails or herbal teas, sunbathing, air baths, swing. The list of treatments may be adjusted by the doctor based on individual needs. Guests are required to bring flip-flops and swimwear for the treatments. Children aged 4 to 10 years stay in an extra bed only for meals and accommodation, not for the wellness program. When booking the wellness program or the Full Board rate for 7 or more nights, guests receive a complimentary transfer from and to Khrabrovo Airport. Departures from the airport are at 12:00 PM and 06:00 PM, and from the Orekhovy Sad Spa Hotel in Krasnoznamensk at 10:00 AM and 04:00 PM. Guests must book a transfer no later than 5 days prior to arrival, indicating the booking reference number, flight number, arrival date and time, number of guests, and a contact phone number.

Pets are allowed only in the attic room category: FCI Group 9 companion dogs with a shoulder height of no more than 30 cm, and cats with a shoulder height of no more than 30 cm. A veterinary passport, a current comprehensive vaccination against rabies and other dangerous infectious diseases, and a pet carrier are required. The cost of a pet's stay is RUB 1000.00 per day.

For guests staying in an extra bed, breakfast is included in the room rate.
