The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. The swimming pool of the Altea building is not working at the moment (it is under reconstruction). Hotel guests have free access to the outdoor pool and spa complex in the Gurzuf Riviera.

The price of accommodation includes: accommodation in a room of the selected category; breakfast for 2 according to the selected tariff; transfer to the beach/Gurzuf embankment according to the schedule (depending on the season); use of the outdoor swimming pool with a relaxation area, which is equipped with everything necessary: beach furniture — umbrellas, deck chairs, tables, bathroom, towels (Althea building, seasonal); outdoor heated swimming pool with sea view (Riviera building, year-round); use of the beach, which is equipped with everything you need: umbrellas, sun loungers, towels (seasonal); visit to the gym; visit to the children's playroom with a tutor, including an outdoor playground; wireless internet access; guarded parking, Valet parking service; use of the services of the new Spa complex (Riviera building): Russian Russian bath, Jacuzzi, Turkish hammam, font, Russian steam room, herbal sauna, hay room, air massage bath, hot Japanese barrels Ofuro in the open air, children's pool, towels, slippers are also included in the price and are issued in exchange for a Towel Card (the card is issued upon check-in).
