Samshitovaya Roscha Health resort is located in Pitsunda, within walking distance from the sea.
At the health resortThe resort spans 10 hectares of botanical gardens, featuring more than 300 plant species. Among them are the relict boxwood, rare trees from Abkhazia and Russia, kobus magnolia from Japan, Roxburgh pine, Korean fir, and sweetgum, a blackwood acacia.

- Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay. When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival. When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia. For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash. Front desk is open 24/7. For guests booking the Comfort category, it is recommended to indicate the preferred bed type in the booking comments in advance.
- The cost of an extra bed depends on the selected room category, arrival dates, and rate plan. The final surcharge may be less than the amount shown on the website. To calculate the exact amount, guests should contact customer support; contact details are provided in the booking confirmation.
- Transfer conditions: Transfer routes are available only to and from Sochi and Sukhumi airports, as well as Adler and Gagra railway stations. Group transfers are provided by minivan, Sprinter, or bus depending on the number of guests and include transport to and from the Samshitovaya Roshcha sanatorium. Groups are assembled from guests arriving and departing on different flights.
- Group transfer upon arrival: Available by prior request no later than 5 days before arrival. Service hours: 07:00 AM to 10:30 PM, baggage waiting until 11:00 PM. Group assembly waiting time: up to 2.5 hours. No waiting is provided after 11:00 PM.
