At the hotelThe cottages consist of two separate rooms, each with a separate entrance and a terrace of 6 sq.m. The area of each room is 27 sq.m. Each cottage has a split system and additional heating is provided in winter.

- Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay. When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival. When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia. For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash. Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel provides transfer services from Sochi Airport and Adler Train Station to the hotel, from Sukhum Airport, and return transfers at the end of your stay.
