- Reception opening hours: From 15 December 2012 until 13 April 2013: Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 12:00 pm and 17:00 to 19:00. Friday: 08:30 am to 12:00 and 16:00 to 22:00. Saturday: 07:30 to 22:00. Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 17:30.
- From 29 June 2013 to 24 August 2013: Sunday to Friday: 8.30 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. Closed on Wednesday.
