- The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. This passport contains information about the animal and its owner, as well as information about the required vaccinations and vaccinations received. The rabies vaccination date must be at least 30 days and no more than 12 months prior to arrival. When booking a room, the owner must notify the guest about the presence of a pet in the room (specifying its breed, age, and weight). The hotel prohibits accommodation with wild or exotic animals, or animals that pose a potential danger to human life or health. Guide dogs are permitted at the hotel.
- Original passports of all guests and birth certificates for children are required for check-in.
- Check-in using the unified biometric system, the multifunctional information exchange service, or the mobile application of the federal state information system is currently not technically available.
- Guests arriving by car can park 500 m from the hotel. Guests can unload luggage at the main entrance, obtain a ticket from the hotel staff, and then proceed to the parking lot. Parking spaces are assigned upon arrival, subject to availability, and cost RUB 1000.00 per day.
