- The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. Upon remote check-in, the guest sends the owner the payment for the stay, the amount of the deposit, a photo of the passport (pages 2-3, 5-12) and receives an access code to the apartment.
