- The front desk is open until 20:00. The Hallstatt Salt Mines are undergoing renovation. The Hallstatt Salt Mines and the Salt Mine Railway will remain closed until summer 2026.
- All-inclusive offer: During the renovation phase, there is an offer for guests: a shuttle bus will take visitors directly from Hallstatt to the Altaussee Salt Mines. Tour details: Daily departure from Hallstatt at 02:00 PM. Meeting point: 01:50 PM at bus terminal. Guided tour in Altaussee: 03:00 PM, Return: approx. 05:30 PM at the bus terminal. Exception: no shuttle on December 24 and December 31.
- Total duration: approx. 3.5 hours.
- Tickets: EUR 44.00 for adults and EUR 24.00 for children.
