- As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Please note that the children's pool and Mini Club area will be refurbished. These areas will be closed as from August until November.

- Please note there will be a Gala Dinner Christmas & New Years Eve (24 of December and 31 December) that will be mandatory to include in your room rate due to the holidays.
