Order of the FSB of Russia dated August 7, 2017 No. 454 «On approval of the rules of the border regime». Foreign guests must have an entry permit, which can be obtained from the FSB. Glamping Vikingud refuses to accommodate without a permit. Russian citizens do not require a permit.
