A VAT exemption is available to travelers who present a foreign passport or foreign ID along with an immigration entry receipt issued by Argentina's National Directorate of Migration, and who pay with a non-Argentinian card or via a bank transfer from outside Argentina. This exemption applies only to accommodation, including bookings where breakfast is included. One of the Luxury Rooms at Awasi Mendoza is wheelchair accessible, with an access ramp and an adapted bathroom. There’s ramp access to the main entrance and restaurant, and communal spaces are all situated on the ground floor. If you have some mobility, the spa and pool are also accessible, but are not equipped with grab rails. The culinary team lead open-air classes cooking empanadas and rib-eye on the parrilla, and wine tastings uncork every day at 7pm. Book early for Vendimia harvest events (February to April), where you can pick and tread grapes and join the festivities.
