27 Region Livadia Recreation camp is located along the sand and pebble shore of the closed Anna Bay, among the protected forests of Primorye. You can get to the base in your own car using a navigator, or get to Vladivostok or Nakhodka by train and take a taxi from there. The road to the base is a country road, but accessible for passenger cars.

- The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. - The cost of three meals a day per guest per day is RUB 1100.00.
- One parking space is provided free of charge when booking one cabin. If guests arrive in two cars, provided they are staying in the same house, then they will need to pay extra for the second place.
