+ Апартаменты расположены в прекрасном районе Парк Победы, район новый, апарт-отель прямо у входа в парк, в парке есть пляж. До исторического центра города отсюда недалеко - постоянно ходят автобусы и троллейбусы.

+ Рядом с отелем красивый парк. Прямо перед домом остановка автобусов: один идёт в центр, другой в Балаклаву. Чистый комфортный номер с балконом на парк и море.
