- House Rules: Check-in is after 02:00 PM; check-out is at 12:00 PM. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire apartment. Guests are prohibited from: discarding or damaging any interior fixtures or furnishings; rearranging furniture without prior approval from the administration; losing the keys; staying with pets without prior approval from the administration; leaving the front door open; leaving behind trash or dirty dishes; making excessive noise after 09:00 PM; or causing damage to the property.
- Exceeding the maximum guest occupancy limit will result in immediate eviction. In the event of any violation of these House Rules, the administration reserves the right to evict guests without a refund of the paid booking amount or security deposit; to deduct an amount equivalent to any damages from the security deposit (or to retain the entire deposit); or, if the security deposit does not fully cover the cost of damages, to issue an invoice for the remaining balance. Should a guest refuse to pay for damages, the administration will pursue legal action.
