- Please note that All Seasons Port Elliot Holiday House requires a $200 security deposit via bank transfer to cover any incidental charges.
- The security deposit/bond payment will be credited to your designated account once our property has been inspected at the room at check-out. The property aims to ensure this happens within 7 working days of your departure.
- Any damage, loss or expense incurred by Management as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions will be charged against the security deposit/bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements or extra guests beyond those declared.
- You will be advised about key collection 24 hours prior to your check-in date and after full payment + security deposit/bond has been made.
- The home is self-contained; however, you will need to bring your own linen, towels, toiletries and cleaning supplies. Quilts, pillows and blankets are supplied. Linen and towel hire can be arranged if requested at a charge. Please advise the property at time of paying the deposit if you will require linen, so arrangements can be made in advance.
